Thank you for booking! Before your upcoming visit, we want to welcome you and ask that you please fill out the information in the form below.

Our insurance company and the State of Florida mandate that we have this information on file. Florida Statutes 509.101 (2): It is the duty of each operator of a transient establishment to maintain at all times a register, signed by or for guests who occupy transient rental units within the establishment. Property will not be occupied by more than eight (8) people, at any one time; all overnight guests are listed on the form below. Our rentals are licensed under the Florida Hotel Statue and can not used as a permanent residence or permanent address.

Our property is protected by an Electronic Lock. To access our property, you will need to use the Access Code that we will provide to you before your arrival. Check in time is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 10 a.m. on the check-out date listed in the reservation.

We will need this information from you before check in Date of the reservation.
Full names and ages of all Guests.
Your permanent mailing and credit card address if different.
Driver’s License Number and State of issue or other Goverment issued ID.
Credit Card number, CVV # (3 digit code on back of card or 4 digit on front of AMEX) expiration date and the billing address of the card. This will only be used for unusual damage, incidentals such as power charges or monies owed.

Guest further understands and acknowledges that homeowner can charge credit card on file or with-hold from security deposits for any person or pet not listed on reservation that is considered staying at the property as a guest and for incidentals such as electricity allowance (if applicable) and damages. Additional guests and all pets range between 22.00-40.00 per day , depending on the property.

All Guests/ Travelers of our properties generally receive a concierge visit generally on your day of arrival. Our friendly property management staff will meet you at the home to show you all of the amenities and answer any questions for you. They will be glad to make recommendations on activities, restaurants, or other area interests for our guests to ensure you have a fantastic vacation. During Covid or other emergent reasons, this may not always be possible.
