About Our Properties

We travel to Cape Coral several times a year, our three adult kids show up at the same time and having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths was a must have. I work from home so having space for a small office is important also. The Location is central to everything we like, Boating, Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, polo games in Sarasota, Naples. There are lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. It's wonderful to wake up in the morning, breathing the gulf air, take your cup of coffee out to the lanai or on the dock our personal favorite and enjoy the relaxing view of the water!

 
Do you enjoy boating? There are many places in the area to rent a boat or bring your own and dock it in the back yard! you are a very quick boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico and the ride will be the best part.
